This site enables you to get an up-to-the-minute status report of the proceedings of your real estate transaction by viewing your agent's online file 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Only you and your Bob Parks Realty agent can view your site, and you are immediately notified via Email when your iParks account has been updated.

iParks also documents information pertinent to the "buying process" of the real estate transaction including links to full color spec sheets on all of the homes that match the buyer's personal profile. Agent notes on those properties also allows buyers to easily recall and compare homes the buyer decides to tour. This feature is particularly helpful for corporate transferees who often do a "whirlwind tour" of homes and need the organization this service provides once they leave the Nashville area.
